Cahaya Jakarta is seeking a skilled Maintenance Foreman to lead our maintenance team in Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and ensure seamless production operations. As a Maintenance Foreman, you will manage a team of technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and implement best practices to optimize asset performance. Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize equipment failures and extend asset lifespan.
Coordinate corrective maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Monitor equipment performance and reliability metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations in all maintenance operations.
Manage maintenance budgets, including cost control for spare parts, tools, and external services.
Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize operational downtime.
Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, technical skills, and safety protocols.

Technical Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems (e.g., PLCs, motors, conveyors, HVAC).
Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and performance development.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and maintenance planning tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in occupational safety (e.g., K3) is a plus.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
