LC STORE EXCLUSIVE is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
This full-time, on-site role involves managing daily logistics operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Logistics Coordinator will collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to track orders, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate records in inventory and logistics systems. The position also requires preparing documentation, liaising with carriers and suppliers, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors, as well as supporting reporting and analysis on logistics performance and inventory accuracy.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills for tracking shipments and supporting data-driven decisions. Solid communication skills are essential for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners. Customer service abilities are needed to handle delivery inquiries and resolve issues. Proficiency in inventory management and an understanding of supply chain management processes are required. Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations is beneficial. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Batam, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with basic computer applications and inventory or ERP systems is an advantage. A diploma or degree in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory if experience is substantial.
