Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in affiliate or digital performance marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail brands is a strong plus.
- Proficient with platforms like Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, Lazada.
- Advanced Excel and reporting dashboard skills.
- Familiarity with UTM, tracking links, Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proactive, independent, and goal-driven personality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company goals and KPIs.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates (bloggers, influencers, content creators, etc.) who are relevant to our target audience and brand values.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support, communication, and motivation.
- Plan, execute, and manage affiliate campaigns, ensuring affiliates have the necessary creative assets, tracking links, and promotional materials.
- Continuously monitor affiliate performance, track key metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, sales, ROI), and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Implement strategies to improve affiliate program performance, including commission structure adjustments, bonus incentives, and A/B testing of creative assets.
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance and present insights and recommendations to the marketing leadership team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
