The objective of the position is to manage security posture for various on-prem and cloud platforms, including distributing and automating security patching operations, ensuring timely remediation of vulnerabilities and end-of-life (EOL) software risks across all resources. This role will drive continuous improvement of patch management processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the organization maintains a strong and resilient security posture.

This position is also responsible for conducting security assessment and prioritization, as well as deviation management analysis in alignment with threat intelligence, compliance requirements, and business risk.

In addition, this role will lead and deliver multiple security initiatives, including the management of end to end security projects and the implementation of security automation capabilities across key domains, such as security patching & Identity and Access Management, as well as the adoption and implementation of secure AI and automation technologies to enhance security operations and controls.

Key Responsibilities

Support on the IT third party security assessment process and regulatory compliance review – include coordination with respective stakeholders from Group offices, business user, technology risk management, consultant firm and external parties.Perform the analysis, review and quality check on the assessment result and documentation.Initiate and manage the renewal of IT third party security assessment.Ensure the identified risks are clearly defined and documented with appropriate materials and approval.Perform review of the submitted artefacts and ensure the findings are remediated timely – include the follow up action and reminders.Maintain and update the issues tracker – include consolidate and tracking all findings are being validated and provide the monthly summary / reporting to management.Provide day-to-day support and guidance (as the Information Security SME) to all queries from the stakeholders related to IT third party security assessment or Information Security & Governance relevant topics.Assist on the weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting related to IT third party security assessment to management.

Experience

At least 4+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2+ years of experience in IT audit, compliance and/or governance roles, with expertise and knowledge of IT infrastructure, Cloud computing and Cybersecurity relatedExperience in IT audit, compliance and/or governance roles, with expertise and technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, Cloud computing and Cybersecurity related.Having experience handling third party assessment.Ability to perform risk analysis and prioritization.Working experience from financial industry, big tech firms or consultant firms is preferredExperience in Project Management is advantageHaving Cybersecurity, Risk or Cloud related certifications will be an advantage
