Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lecturer role based in Bandung. The Lecturer will design and deliver lectures and practical sessions related to embedded systems, software engineering, and electrical engineering topics aligned with Newtronic Solution’s business focus. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, conducting classroom and lab-based instruction, evaluating learner performance, and providing academic guidance and mentoring. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to update curricula, integrating industry case studies from queuing management systems and other solutions, and supporting internal knowledge-sharing initiatives. The Lecturer is expected to contribute to a professional learning environment, maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies, and participate in academic or technical events as needed.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in electrical engineering, embedded systems, and related software technologies, supported by practical or industry experience.Ability to design and deliver clear, structured lectures and lab sessions, with skills in curriculum development and academic assessment.Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse learners.Demonstrated mentoring, coaching, or teaching experience, with a student-centered and inclusive approach to learning.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.Capacity to work collaboratively with technical and academic teams, manage multiple teaching responsibilities, and meet deadlines.Interest in industry applications such as queuing management systems for banking and other business domains; prior industry exposure is an advantage.Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with advances in embedded systems, software tools, and engineering practices.
